Cross Trails Ministry will be presenting restated bylaws at the annual Corporation Meeting on Saturday, May 6 at 1 p.m.  The proposed changes correct inconsistencies with the Certificate of Formation, clarify member rights and aligns the Board of Directors with a similar format to that of the Synod Council.  The proposed bylaws and a more detailed description of the changes may be found here:
