Test your aim! Cross Trails staff will teach you how.
Guided Hike*
Hike the Chrysalis bluff stopping at each checkpoint on the way. Challenge yourself to reach the “Big Cross” and see what God has in store for you on your journey!
Cocoon***
Our camp store provides sweet treats and souvenirs for all ages! Check out our selection of t-shirts, bags, hats, stuffed animals, and more!
Giant Swing*
Get into a harness and enjoy swinging through the air from over 20 feet high! This activity is offered for Grades 4+.
Climbing Tower & Zip Line*
Climb to the top and then zip on down! This activity is offered for grades 6+.
Arts & Crafts*
Make something special to remember your time at Camp Chrysalis.
Worship & Devotions**
Enjoy simple, camp-style worship or devotions designed just for your group. There is a fee for guitar accompaniment.
Field & Sports Court Games***
Gaga ball, kickball, floor hockey, basketball, elbow tag, Eagle’s Nest, and Pickle Ball are just some of the fun games played in the field and sports court.
Nature Activities
Learn about the nature you live in. Spend time examining animals, plants, and more.
Fishing***
Grab a pole and lure and fish in the beautiful Turtle Creek! All fishing is catch and release.
Canoeing*
Learn basic canoe skills and take a spin around Turtle Creek.
Sing-a-longs*
Sing-a-long led by staff is a time to gather and sing some crazy (and not-so-crazy) camp songs. There is a fee for guitar accompaniment.
Low Ropes*
Our staff is trained to lead group building activities on the ground, low ropes, or wooden platforms.
Swimming*
Enjoy swimming, relaxing, games, and more at the Camp Chrysalis creek or pool. Seasonal.
High Wild Woozy*
Grab a partner and challenge yourselves as you traverse across wires suspended in the air.
Woodcarving*
Try your hand at woodcarving in flat relief or 3D projects.
Pottery*
Use clay to create and paint your own kiln-fired artwork. Requires two sessions/4 days to complete a project.
Night Activities
Learn about nocturnal animals, the stars and the moon through camp games and activities after dark.
Bible Study**
Enjoy interactive staff led Bible studies during your retreat stay.
Backyard Games***
Grab a partner or a group and compete in fun games like horseshoes, 9-square, washers, volleyball, and more.
