Gathering Spaces
- Meeting Rooms
All Meeting Rooms have air-conditioning, attached bathrooms, a refrigerator, and complimentary coffee available. Tables and padded chairs allow for a variety of configurations.
Luke’s Place A can seat 65 in rows of chairs or 48 at seminar tables.
Luke’s Place B can seat 48 in rows of chairs or 32 at seminar tables.
Chrysalis Meeting Room A can seat 48 in rows of chairs or 32 at seminar tables.
Cabin 7 Meeting Room can seat 36 in rows of chairs or 24 at seminar tables.
- The Chapel
The Chapel has heat and chair seating for 100 in rows or at round tables.
- Outdoor Gathering Spaces
There are multiple outdoor gathering spaces available for your group. Most of these have seating and some have tables available. These are open community spaces available to anyone unless prior arrangements have been made.
Included in the large outdoor gathering spaces are The Treehouses, The Gazebo, The Outdoor Chapel, the Cross Chapel, The Tree Chapel, the Dining Hall Deck and Deck Ring and the Fire Ring. There are also numerous small spaces with benches to gather and talk in small groups.
