Faith! Family! Fun!
Spend the weekend with your family enjoying fishing, swimming, campfires and much more. We’ll explore faith practices like prayer, worship and study. All are welcome!
Families will stay together in air conditioned cabins. Housing, meals, snacks and all program materials are included! The retreat will be held at a local camp in Brownsville.

Looking for the perfect getaway for you and your young one?
If you want adventure, like shelter building, fire building, and more, we’ve got it! If you want time to craft, like leather working and ranch cooking, we’ve got it! You can choose to participate in both adventure and crafts, or just one, and experience bonding while trying new things together. Everyone will join together for ranch activities, tasty meals, faith formation opportunities, and lots of fun!
Adults and children of the same gender will stay in the respective side of the Bunkhouse. If you are not the same gender as the child you bring, your will be housed in Lela Haus and a Cross Trails staff member will provide overnight supervision for your child in the Bunkhouse. All adults staying in the Bunkhouse will be required to obtain a Protect My Ministry certificate.
If a custodial parent/guardian is not available for this retreat and another adult wants to bring the child, please contact our office at 830-257-6340.

Have meaningful and fun family time as you prepare for the Christmas season with Bible study, worship, crafts, and camp activities including decorating your own family gingerbread house. Families will live in their own room.
