Plan Your Own Retreat Ideas and Options

Hunting Retreats

Ebert Ranch Camp is available for groups of 4-6 adult hunters during hunting season, except for opening weekend. Booking for hunting retreats begins April 1st. Contact our office to reserve a weekend or weekday.

Volunteer Retreats

Cross Trails welcomes high school and older volunteer groups who want to focus on service during their retreat. These retreats are free with at least 4 hours work per person per night, however we do strongly suggest an offering that covers at least some of the food and housekeeping costs we incur during your stay.

Leadership Retreats

Church councils and synod leadership groups can receive a discount when they have a retreat at camp. Campus Ministry groups can also receive a discounted rate. In lieu of this discount we ask for thirty minutes to share ways Cross Trails and the group attending can partner and support one another.

Personal Retreats for Clergy and Full-time Youth and Family Ministers

Pastors, rostered leaders and full time youth and family ministers can come to camp for a personal retreat for free. Spouses and minor children are also welcome to come free of charge. We do suggest an offering that covers at least some of the food and housekeeping costs we incur during your stay.
