The Gala helps raise funds for Camperships and to help keep camp costs low!
Camperships are scholarships that campers and families can apply for to help lower the already subsidized cost of camp to ensure the opportunity for anyone that wants to come to camp can do so! In the last couple of years, about 10% of our summer fees were covered by camperships and discounts. Our goal this year is to raise $90,000!
Sponsors, donors, and participants are essential to the success of this event and to our sites and programs.
This year’s event will be held on March 7, 2026 at The Courtyard Marriott in New Braunfels from 5pm-10pm. Join us for food, fellowship, music, dinner, cocktails, live & silent auctions, games, and more!
Ticket Sales
Tickets will go one sale starting on January 5th, 2026. You can purchase your tickets through our GiveSmart website by clicking HERE or going to GiftOfFaith26.givesmart.com. Ticket prices are $75 each which will include dinner, cocktails, and dancingIf you plan to attend, there are a limited number of rooms part of a room block for this event. Contact The Courtyard by Marriott by calling 830-626-4700 to reserve your room when you purchase your ticket. The room block rate is available till February 1st or until all rooms are booked.

Event sponsorships help us to cover the overhead expenses of the event. They are a wonderful way for you, your business, or your congregation to contribute greatly to the Gift of Faith Gala’s success. Our grateful thanks will be shared at the Gala, in the Gala program, and in our post Gala news releases. Those who wish to remain anonymous will also be honored as such. Become A Donor
Most of the funds raised at this event are raised through the auctions and sponsorships. We are collecting items for this year’s event and you can help with the gala’s success by donating items to the auctions or to the wine & liquor pull. We are looking for items or experiences of $50 or more for our auctions. Contact Kristen Bigott, gala@crosstrails.org, for more information or to arrange dropping off your donation. Buy A Raffle Ticket
This year’s raffle prize is a custom metal entryway sign donated by Galaxy Metal Works measuring approximately 3′ x 3′. The winner will have the opportunity to personalize the sign with a last name or phrase of their choice. Popular options include “The Smiths, Est. 2010” or “Welcome to Our Home.” Raffle tickets can be purchased for $25 per ticket on the GiveSmart webpage. Only 200 tickets will be sold for the raffle giving you a 1 in 200 chances of winning!
