Gift of Faith Gala!
Cross Trails Ministry is committed to making sure that no one misses out on camp because of the cost. Thanks to the huge success of our Gala last year and wonderful donors, we were able to cover all of our 2021 campership requests with the funds raised!
Due to increased staffing and materials costs over the past few years, we did have to raise our fees more than initially expected. However, we are still committed to keeping camp as affordable as possible for as many as possible, and we don’t want anyone to miss out because of cost. Your participation in this year’s event is even more important than it has ever been to make camp available for all that want to attend.
Help Us Spread the Word
This year’s Gift of Faith Gala will be held as a hybrid event. There will be a gathering at Ebert Ranch and tickets can be purchased for the in-person event. This event will be held on Saturday, March 12th from 5-9 pm. There will be great food, music, entertainment, live and silent auctions, and safe fellowship. You are invited to come and enjoy a wonderful time while you help to keep camp affordable for everyone! If you can’t make the event, there is also the option to participate online from the comforts of your homes beginning March 6th.
Tickets for the in-person event remain at $100 each this year. You can purchase them online by visiting our event website, GiftOfFaith22.givesmart.com. Housing for this event is available at Camp Chrysalis for an additional cost. A room can be booked in one of our quad cabins for $100. Overnight guests can also purchase a brunch ticket for the morning after the gala for $10 per person. Room and brunch reservations can be made at the following link. Most of the funds raised at this event are raised through the auctions and sponsorships. Please consider contributing if you are able. If you would like to sponsor a portion of the event or contribute to the auction, please contact our Outreach Director at email@example.com or 830-257-6340.
Table Sponsor $1,500
- Reserved table for 10 at the event
- Special appreciation treats for each guest at your table
- A set of beads for each of your guests to participate in our Heads/Tails game

Event Sponsor $500
These sponsorships are essential. They help camp keep the cost of the event low so that funds raised can go into our campership fund and to help keep costs low for all that attend our sites and programs. You will receive an acknowledgement in our event program, during the event and in post event publications.
Ticket Sponsorship $100
These make it possible for us to let staff, honorees, gala committee members, and volunteers attend the event for minimal to no cost. If you would like to sponsor a ticket, please consider a gift of $100 per ticket. You will receive an acknowledgment in our event program, during the event and in post event publications.
The live and silent auctions are key to the success of the Gala. Large items such as trips, tickets, dinners, and artwork are greatly appreciated. All items with a starting value of $50 are welcome. Select items will be put on our in-person live auction. We will be collecting items till March 2nd.
